Kids ministry isn't separate from Grace & Peace’s mission — it's the same mission, taught at kid-size. Every child who walks through our doors is welcomed by Jesus, just as they are.
Through age-appropriate teaching and genuine relationships with leaders who know their names, kids are changed by grace — learning that God's love isn't earned by good behavior, but given freely.
And even young hearts can bring peace: to their classroom, their family, their friendships. We're not just keeping kids busy while parents worship — we're forming the next generation of our city's peacemakers.
Our team’s top priority is to keep your child safe and to help them feel loved. Volunteers work to really know your child so they can meet the needs of every child and make it a positive experience.
When you check-in your child:
They will receive a name tag and you will receive a pickup tag with matching codes.
If for some reason you lose your pickup tag, a Los Niños volunteer can reprint one for a parent or guardian who has a valid photo ID.
Additionally, your child’s allergies and pertinent medical conditions will be saved in our database and printed on their name tag once you’re registered.
Our classrooms are designed for your child’s stage of life. Currently we offer the following classes:
Nursery & Toddlers (0-4 Years Old)
Elementary (K-4th grade)
We provide lessons and fun games to engage your child’s heart and mind with the person of Jesus. Our curriculum teaches big theology for little hearts.
Sign-up for our weekly Parent’s e-mail where you can receive a summary of the lesson taught as well as conversation starters to help you engage with your child at home. E-mail Paula@kissimmeefellowship.org to sign up.
We teach big theology for little hearts. Each Sunday your child will learn about the person of Jesus, his work and how the good news changes our life.
As the church, we partner with parents and guardians to help equip you to disciple your child . We believe that YOU are the most important person in your child’s life.
We have an amazing team of volunteers who are eager to invest in your child!
Each of our volunteers has passed a background check and they’ve completed Child Safety and Abuse Prevention training from Ministry Safe.
Some of our volunteers are also CPR certified.
